Does Campaigns auto-handle CAN-SPAM?
Yes, every email Campaigns sends includes the required physical mailing address, a working unsubscribe link, accurate sender identification, and an honest subject line. Our implementation configures double opt-in for cold lists (recommended after the FTC's 2024 enforcement uptick) and routes unsubscribes back to CRM automatically. You stay compliant without thinking about it.
What deliverability tooling do you set up?
SPF, DKIM and DMARC records on your sending domain, these three alone get most senders out of the spam folder. BIMI for branded logos in Gmail. Sender Score and Google Postmaster tracking. For high-volume senders (5,000+/day) we add a dedicated IP with a structured 4-week warm-up plan. We monitor inbox placement monthly.
How does SMS work with TCPA?
TCPA requires "prior express written consent" for marketing SMS. We configure a TCPA-compliant consent checkbox on every form (web, landing page, in-person tablet) with the required disclosure language. We log timestamp + IP of consent into CRM for every contact. SMS sends only fire to consented contacts. STOP / HELP keywords are honored automatically.
Does it integrate with our website forms?
Yes, three ways. (1) Zoho-native: our included landing pages have native form embeds that write straight to Campaigns + CRM. (2) WordPress: we install the Zoho Forms plugin and map fields. (3) Webhook: any modern form builder (Typeform, Gravity Forms, Webflow) can POST to our endpoint. Triple-confirmed in UAT.
Can we segment by utility, like only PG&E customers?
Yes, this is one of our standard segments. The utility field is captured in CRM (we auto-detect by ZIP for new leads). Campaigns reads it as a dynamic segment. So when PG&E announces a March 2026 rate hike, we can blast your 3,000 PG&E homeowners that afternoon, without touching SRP or APS customers.
What about A/B testing, is it actually useful at our scale?
If your list is under 1,000 contacts, A/B testing rarely reaches statistical significance and we don't recommend it. Between 1,000 and 10,000 contacts, we A/B subject lines (one variable) and let Campaigns auto-pick the winner at the 30% mark. Above 10,000, we run full A/B on subject + CTA + send time. Pro and Enterprise tiers include this framework.
