How long does a Zoho CRM implementation actually take?
Starter goes live in 10 business days. Pro in 21. Enterprise in 45. These aren't aspirational dates, they're contractually guaranteed. If we miss, we eat 10% of the implementation fee. We've hit the date on 96% of projects since 2022.
Can you migrate us off Salesforce or HubSpot?
Yes, Salesforce-to-Zoho is a defined 7-day workstream included in CRM Pro and above. We map your custom fields, migrate accounts, contacts, leads, deals, attachments and notes with zero ledger gaps. HubSpot is a 4-5 day move because the data model is simpler. We've done 60+ Salesforce migrations specifically for solar companies.
Can it sit on top of our existing Aurora, Mosaic, QuickBooks?
Yes, Zoho CRM is built to be the connective tissue. Keep designing in Aurora, keep originating loans in Mosaic, keep your books in QuickBooks if you must. We wire CRM as the source of truth for the customer record and push/pull cleanly to each system. Most customers eventually move accounting to Zoho Books too, but it's not required.
We sell in 5 states. Will one pipeline work?
Yes, with layout rules. The 22-stage pipeline is universal; the *fields* shown adapt to the state, NEM 3.0 fields appear for CA, SREC tracking for NJ/MA/MD, sales-tax-exempt flag for FL/AZ residential, prevailing-wage flag for CA public projects. Reps don't fill out fields that don't apply to their deal.
Does it handle commercial / C&I solar?
Enterprise tier includes a separate commercial pipeline with prevailing-wage tracking, Davis-Bacon flags, ITC-vs-direct-pay logic for non-profits, REAP and bonus depreciation modeling. If you're 80% residential / 20% commercial, you can run both pipelines side-by-side in the same CRM org.
What's the ongoing cost after go-live?
Just the Zoho CRM monthly license per user, billed annually in USD. We apply our partner discount (15-20% off list) directly to your Zoho invoice. Optional retainers for ongoing build-outs start at $1,800/mo, but 70% of our customers don't take one, the system is stable on day 22.
