How is this different from ServiceTitan or Solo by EnergySage?
ServiceTitan is built for HVAC/plumbing, its solar features are bolted on and its per-tech licensing gets very expensive past 30 users. Solo is a great proposal tool but isn't a CRM or accounting system. We give you the same depth as ServiceTitan, the proposal quality of Solo, plus accounting, HR and field service, all on one Zoho data model. One vendor. One number to call.
Can you migrate us off QuickBooks / Salesforce / spreadsheets?
Yes, migration is part of every Scale and Enterprise tier. We've moved 200+ U.S. solar companies off QuickBooks Online to Zoho Books with zero ledger gaps. Salesforce-to-Zoho-CRM is a defined 7-day workstream. Spreadsheets migrate via our standard CSV intake.
Does it handle the 30% Federal ITC properly?
Yes. Every solar deal in CRM has an ITC field that auto-calculates 30% (or the applicable bonus credit, domestic content, energy community) and generates the customer-facing IRS Form 5695 worksheet. Books separates ITC-eligible costs from non-eligible (e.g., roofing work) for clean reporting.
What about NEM 3.0 and storage attach?
For California customers, our CRM proposal tool runs both NEM 2.0 and NEM 3.0 economics side-by-side, including storage attach with SGIP. The 71% attach-rate customer above? That's what good economics modeling does in the sales conversation.
We're a small 2-person installer. Is this overkill?
The Sprint tier ($12,500, live in 14 days) is built exactly for you. You'll outgrow spreadsheets when you cross 3-4 deals/month, and switching CRMs later is the single most painful thing in this industry. Get on a real system now while it's cheap to migrate.

All 50. Our implementation team is based in Glendale, CA, we deliver remotely via Zoom across every U.S. timezone. Customers in CA, TX, FL, AZ, NY, MA, NJ, NV, CO, NC, MD and SC are our densest footprints.
Do you charge ongoing fees?
Implementation is one-time, fixed-price. After go-live you pay only Zoho's monthly user license (we get you the partner discount, 15-20% off list). Optional retainers for ongoing customization start at $1,800/mo but most customers don't need them after month 3.
