Inbound leads from Facebook, Google, EnergySage and door-knocking pipelines land in CRM with auto-deduplication. Reps see address, utility (PG&E, ConEd, SRP, FPL...), roof type and shading from satellite, before they pick up the phone.
Site survey, design, proposal, signed contract.
Surveyor opens the FSM mobile app, captures roof photos and electrical panel pics offline. Design engineer auto-pulls into Aurora; CRM generates the proposal PDF with loan/lease/PPA side-by-side. Customer e-signs via Zoho Sign, fully ESIGN-compliant.
AHJ permit, utility interconnection, HOA approval.
Permit packets auto-generated and submitted to the local AHJ (city/county). Utility interconnection applications fire to the right portal (PG&E AppDox, ConEd MyAcct, SRP, Xcel...). HOA approvals tracked separately. Every deadline pings the project manager 72 hours before SLA.
Crew dispatched. System installed. City inspection passed.
FSM auto-assigns the install crew based on geography, skill set (master electrician needed?) and truck inventory. Crew opens the mobile app on-site, checks off the install checklist, uploads photos. City inspector signs off, failure reasons pre-coded for fast re-inspect.
Utility Permission to Operate. System turned on.
Utility issues PTO; system commissioning logged in Zoho. Customer onboarded into the monitoring platform (Enphase Enlighten, SolarEdge mySolarEdge, Tesla app). Welcome email + customer portal access auto-fire. Sales rep gets paid the commission trigger.
SREC registration. State rebate filed. Final billing.
For SREC states (NJ, MA, MD, OH, DC, IL) we auto-register the system with the appropriate registrar (PJM-GATS, NEPOOL-GIS). State rebates filed (CA SGIP for storage, NY-Sun, MASS Solar). Final invoice issued and reconciled in Books.
