What doesn’t move from Mailchimp to Zoho Campaigns?
Logic and history stay behind. Customer journeys, signup forms, landing pages, store connections and past campaign reports don’t import. We rebuild the journeys and forms you still use, and export the reports as files you keep.
Will our newsletter schedule pause during the switch?
No. Regular sends keep going out from Mailchimp until cutover, and the next one after cutover leaves from Zoho Campaigns. We plan the freeze around your calendar so no campaign falls in the gap.
How do you make sure unsubscribed people stay unsubscribed?
Unsubscribed and cleaned contacts are loaded into Zoho Campaigns as do-not-mail before any subscribed contact. Every later import, including the catch-up pass, is checked against that list, and the validation report shows the counts side by side.
Can we bring our campaign reports and open history?
Not as live data. Zoho’s import takes contacts, not past campaign stats. We export the reports you want as files, and we can carry key engagement facts, like last open date, into contact fields so segments still work.
How long does a Mailchimp migration take?
It depends on journeys, forms and store links more than list size. Your Migration BRD carries dated steps for the sample, the full move and cutover, all set back from a stopper date before your Mailchimp renewal.
How much does a Mailchimp to Zoho Campaigns migration cost?
Your list move is priced as one fixed fee, under the Quick, Standard or Complex Move package. The first call is free. Larger accounts often start with a paid Migration Assessment, credited in full against the migration, and the fee is fixed in a signed BRD.
Who signs off the migration?
Each team that relies on the lists names a point of contact, usually marketing and sales leads. They sign the Migration BRD and later the sample, together with your overall project owner, and every sign-off is recorded.
What happens to our Mailchimp account after go-live?
It stays open with sending paused through the agreed rollback window, so you can look up an old campaign. You keep full exports, and you cancel Mailchimp only once you confirm the team is settled.
