Field-ownership list
Every synced field gets one owner, and both teams sign the list.
HubSpot + Zoho · Integrations · Los Angeles
Marketing keeps HubSpot. Sales works in Zoho CRM. The lead looks the same on both screens.
Many US companies land here mid-decision: marketing is happy in HubSpot, sales moved to Zoho CRM, and nobody trusts the lead status. We connect the two so contacts, companies and deals sync with a named owner for every field, and hand-offs happen on a rule instead of a Slack message.

01Sync them, or move fully?
Sync when HubSpot marketing is genuinely earning its keep. Move fully when HubSpot is mostly a habit. Flip each card that sounds like your company.
Leaning toward one system? The HubSpot to Zoho CRM migration page covers the full move, and Zoho CRM vs HubSpot compares them side by side.
02HubSpot integration services
Switching a sync on takes minutes. Keeping it trustworthy is where most of the project goes.
Every synced field gets one owner, and both teams sign the list.
Email is the usual key. We merge duplicates in HubSpot and Zoho CRM first, so the opening sync doesn’t multiply them.
A contact reaching your qualifying stage in HubSpot becomes a lead in Zoho CRM with source, campaign and score, assigned by territory or round robin.
HubSpot’s own Data Sync app for Zoho CRM, Zoho Flow, or a custom build on both APIs, picked per object. Most projects mix two of them.
Rules that stop two systems overwriting each other, plus a weekly list of failed records with a named fixer.
03One lead, two teams
Six moments in a sample lead’s life, told as the chat between a marketing manager and a sales rep. Scroll and the next messages arrive, with yellow notes showing what the sync did behind each one.
Step 1Form fill
Who owns itMarketing. The contact, its forms, email opens and nurture all stay in HubSpot.
What syncsNothing yet. Early leads stay in HubSpot until they qualify, so reps never see cold names.
Step 2Hand-off
Who owns itMarketing sets the threshold; sales owns the lead from the moment it arrives.
What syncsName, company, source, campaign and score into a Zoho CRM lead, with an owner and a task assigned by rule.
Step 3First call
Who owns itSales owns lead status. HubSpot can show it but never edits it.
What syncsLead status back to HubSpot, which takes Dana out of the nurture the same day.
Step 4Deal opened
Who owns itSales. Accounts, deals, quotes and stages live in Zoho CRM.
What syncsAccount to HubSpot company, deal to HubSpot deal, so the original campaign stays attached.
Step 5Hold the nurture
Who owns itMarketing owns the lists, but they are built on sales fields.
What syncsDeal stage, read-only in HubSpot, so lists and suppressions follow the pipeline.
Step 6Won
Who owns itSales closes the deal; marketing takes over customer emails.
What syncsStage and amount to HubSpot, lifecycle stage to Customer, so attribution reports show revenue.
Sample lead, company and messages. Your qualifying rule, stages and field owners come from your own sales and marketing teams.
04Try it · direction per object (sample)
Tap each arrow to turn it: HubSpot to Zoho, Zoho to HubSpot, both ways, or off. The contract shows what would sync and where it could loop.

05Who owns which job
Give each job one home and let the other tool read it. Drag the handle on each card to compare.
Can send campaigns through Zoho Campaigns, but your HubSpot templates and workflows would need rebuilding.
Where marketing already built them. Keep them there and send results across.
Blueprint stages, territories, quotes and forecasts, which is usually why sales moved.
Shows the deal for attribution, read-only, so marketing never edits a stage.
Scoring rules can add sales signals such as calls logged and meetings held.
Scores on email, page and form behavior marketing already tracks.
Hands the won deal to Zoho Books and Zoho Desk on the same customer record.
Only needs the customer flag, for onboarding and renewal emails.
06HubSpot + Zoho, three routes
Three ways, and the right one depends on how many custom fields you sync and how strict the hand-off rule is.
Data Sync app
Built by HubSpot. One-way or two-way sync of contacts and leads, accounts to companies, and deals, with default field mappings and existing records synced at setup. Custom field mappings need a paid HubSpot Data Hub tier.
Pick it when the standard objects and fields cover most of what you need.
Single-direction jobs with logic in the middle: create the Zoho CRM lead only when a score passes, or post a Cliq alert when a deal stage changes. Zoho Flow keeps a history of every run.
Pick it for the hand-off rule and a few targeted updates.
HubSpot + Zoho CRM APIs
Custom objects, strict field ownership, loop guards and an error list, written in Deluge or hosted on Zoho Catalyst when the volume calls for it.
Pick it when the rules are too specific for an app.

07What it costs to run
You keep paying HubSpot for marketing and pay Zoho per sales user. The Zoho side is below; HubSpot pricing depends on your hubs and contacts, so we check it against your actual account.

|---|---|---|
| Standard | $14 | $20 |
| Professional | $23 | $35 |
| Enterprise | $40 | $50 |
| Ultimate | $52 | $65 |
What each edition adds is on our Zoho CRM page.
08HubSpot + Zoho questions
Sync apps, lead hand-offs, duplicates and when to stop syncing and move. Bring a list of the HubSpot properties your reports depend on.
Yes. HubSpot offers its own Data Sync app for Zoho CRM, which syncs contacts and leads, accounts and companies, and deals one way or both ways, and brings existing records across at setup. Zoho Flow also has a HubSpot connector, and both systems have APIs for a custom sync.
Yes, and it is the most common reason for this integration. Marketing keeps its forms, lists and nurture emails in HubSpot, qualified contacts become Zoho CRM leads by rule, and lead status and deal stage sync back so HubSpot lists and reports stay current.
As few as possible. Names, email and company details can sync both ways with one side winning a clash. Lifecycle stage belongs to marketing; lead status, deal stage and amount belong to sales.
With HubSpot’s Data Sync app, custom field mappings need a paid HubSpot Data Hub tier; default mappings are included. Zoho Flow or a custom build can map custom properties without that tier, at the cost of more setup.
We merge duplicates on both sides before the first sync and agree a matching key, usually email. Records that cannot be matched go to a review list instead of being created twice.
Loops happen when both systems can edit the same field and each update triggers the other. Giving every field one owner, syncing it in one direction, and skipping updates that change nothing stops them.
If HubSpot marketing is well used, sync. If reps only open HubSpot to check email clicks, or marketing is small, a full move to Zoho CRM with Zoho Campaigns or Marketing Plus is usually simpler.
The first call is free. After that, the objects, directions, field owners, hand-off rule and loop tests go into a signed BRD with one fixed price and a delivery schedule. If duplicates or custom objects need a paid review first, we quote it up front.
09How a HubSpot integration starts
Four steps from “whose lead status is right?” to a signed sync plan. A standard Data Sync setup can often be scoped on the first call; a custom sync with many properties and years of duplicates may need a short paid review, quoted before it starts.
Marketing and sales leads join the same video calls from anywhere in the US, Canada or Latin America, and teams around Los Angeles can do the field-ownership workshop with us in person.
