01Why we started

Why did two founders start a software company in Glendale?

Because too many owners we met were paying for five or six tools that never talked to each other, and nobody would take responsibility for making them work together. We started Elite Tech Global in 2025 to be that one responsible team.

The pattern was always familiar. A sales tool in one tab, invoices in another, a spreadsheet holding the whole thing together, and a different vendor to call for each piece. When something broke, every vendor pointed at the next one.

We thought a better partner would do three plain things. Write down exactly what will be built before charging for it. Build it with people on its own payroll. Then stay around once the system is live, because that is when real questions start.

That idea still runs the company. We picked Zoho as the center because one suite can cover sales, finance, HR and support at a price a mid-sized firm can carry. We added AWS for the custom software and data work that needs its own cloud, and Shopify and WordPress for the storefronts and websites that feed it all.

Our mission is to build useful technology that helps companies do their best work, and to do it honestly. Five values turn that sentence into habits you can check on any project.

  1. Put it on paper

    Scope, price and dates sit in a signed BRD before the build begins, and an idea that arrives later gets its own price for you to approve first. Surprises belong in birthday parties, not invoices.

  2. Show the work often

    You see the system grow inside your own account every week or two, so feedback lands while it is still cheap to act on.

  3. Keep it in-house

    The people who scoped your project are the ones who build it. We don’t pass work to outside freelancers halfway through.

  4. Teach, then step back

    Training, manuals and recorded videos come with every rollout. A system your team can’t run alone isn’t finished.

  5. Say when it’s a bad fit

    If a tool you already own does the job, we will tell you so. Honest advice on the first call beats a long project nobody needed.

Who runs Elite Tech Global?

Ikramul Karim and Khris Kakosimidi founded the company together and still lead it. One of them is usually on your first call, and both stay close to client work.

Who owns Elite Tech Global?

Elite Tech Global is led by its two co-founders, Ikramul Karim (Co-Founder and CEO) and Khris Kakosimidi (Co-Founder and CFO). Both are involved in client work, and one of them usually takes your first call.

When was Elite Tech Global founded?

We opened in 2025 in Glendale, California, and have delivered more than 300 projects since then for businesses in the US, Canada and Latin America.

Where is your office?

Do you work with companies in Canada and Latin America?

Yes. We serve clients across the US, Canada and Latin America. Teams in Southern California can have workshops and training on-site; everyone else works with us online.

Which partner certifications does Elite Tech Global hold?

We are a certified Zoho Advanced Partner, a Zoho Creator Registered Partner and a Zoho Catalyst Partner. We are also an AWS Partner and a Shopify Partner.

How big is your team, and do you outsource?

We have a team of more than 40 people, all in-house: Zoho consultants and developers, AWS cloud engineers, Shopify and WordPress developers, AI / SI builders, QA testers and trainers. The people who scope your project are the ones who build it.

How do you charge for projects?

The first discovery call is free. After that, your project gets a fixed price written into a signed BRD before any build work starts. If you want something the BRD doesn’t cover, we price that change separately and wait for your approval. Larger projects may need a paid scoping phase, and we quote that up front.

What is SI?

SI stands for super intelligence. In September 2026 a US executive order asked federal agencies to use “super intelligence” or “SI” in place of “artificial intelligence” in official communications. Most businesses still say AI, so we use both terms.
