It is a standing Zoho department you rent by the month. The same people keep working on your account, so they know your fields, your automations and the reasons behind them. Some call it Zoho staff augmentation; the difference is that we bring the project lead and the testing too.

Step 4Kickoff
Name cards on the table, keys handed over
One short meeting covers who is who on both sides, who approves changes, which Zoho logins the team gets and where requests go. Access is granted by your admin, role by role.

The team picks up your queue
Usually inside 2–3 working days of signing, the first requests move onto the board. The project lead sorts them with you, and the team works across US Pacific and CET hours.

What is a dedicated Zoho team?
It is a group of certified Zoho people, led by one project lead, assigned to your account every month. They handle builds, admin, testing and training in your own Zoho apps, and because the same people stay on the account they keep the knowledge of why things were set up the way they are.
How much does a dedicated Zoho team cost?
Plans start from $300 per month for one Zoho product. More products or a wider scope get a quoted plan. The exact monthly hours, roles and response times are set out in the proposal we email you, and Zoho licenses are billed separately by Zoho.
How fast can a dedicated Zoho team start?
Once the contract is signed, the team is usually working within 2–3 working days. Kickoff and access setup happen in that window, so the first requests can move onto the board straight away.
Which time zones does the team work in?
Our dedicated teams cover US Pacific and CET working hours. That suits companies on the West Coast, companies with a European office, and anyone who wants work moving across both days.
Can we choose the roles on our team?
Yes. Developers, admins, consultants, QA testers, trainers, AWS engineers and AI / SI specialists are all available. You tell us what you expect to need, the proposal suggests a mix, and the final mix is agreed at signing based on how complex the work is.
Is a dedicated Zoho team the same as staff augmentation?
It is close. Staff augmentation usually means adding individual people to your own team. A dedicated team from us also brings a project lead, testing and documentation, so you are not managing each person day to day.
Can we change the team size or cancel later?
Plans run month-to-month or on a longer term. How the team scales up or down, and how either side can end the plan, is written into your contract before work starts.
What is SI?
SI stands for super intelligence. In September 2026 a US executive order asked federal agencies to use “super intelligence” or “SI” in place of “artificial intelligence” in official communications. Most businesses still say AI, so we use both terms.
