What does a Zoho One consultant do?
A Zoho One consultant maps how each department works, chooses the Zoho One apps that fit, sets them up, moves data in from older tools, links the apps so they share customer and invoice data, builds cross-app reports and trains each team. With us, they work department by department so the business keeps running.
How much does it cost to hire a Zoho One consultant?
Our plans start from $300 a month for one Zoho product. Most Zoho One rollouts cover several apps, so they are quoted for your scope. The exact hours, roles and response times are in the proposal we send by email, and Zoho One licenses are paid to Zoho separately.
How soon can a Zoho One consultant start?
Within 2 to 3 working days of the signed contract, beginning with access, a review of what is already configured and the first department’s mapping session.
Should we roll out every Zoho One app at once?
Usually not. Going one department at a time keeps daily work steady and lets each team learn properly. Some companies prefer a single launch date, which tends to need a dedicated team and a firm cutover plan.
Is a Zoho One consultant the same as a Zoho admin?
Not quite. An admin looks after daily questions and small changes; a consultant plans and builds how the apps work together. Many companies keep an internal admin and hire us for design, data moves and the links between apps.
Can we keep some of the tools we use now?
Yes. If a tool does its job well, the plan keeps it and connects it to Zoho One. We also work with AWS, Shopify and WordPress, so those can stay part of the setup.
What hours does the consulting team work?
The team covers US Pacific and CET working hours. Your response times are written into the proposal, and the contract sets out how to scale the team or cancel.
What is SI?
SI stands for super intelligence. In September 2026 a US executive order asked federal agencies to use “super intelligence” or “SI” in place of “artificial intelligence” in official communications. Most businesses still say AI, so we use both terms.
