Stop 4Within 2–3 working days
Access is granted, your current setup gets a review, and the first fixes begin, usually with whatever blocks this month’s close.
Stop 5Month end
Your expert works the checklist with your bookkeeper: feeds, reconciliations, bills, the tax review, journals and the period lock.
Stop 6Every month
A standing review covers what was done, what comes next and any change in scope. How often you meet is agreed in the proposal.

A Zoho Books expert sets up and maintains the system side of your accounting: chart of accounts, bank rules, invoice reminders, sales tax settings from your CPA, links to other Zoho apps, reports and training. Your bookkeeper and CPA then work on clean data.
Our monthly plans start from $300 a month for one Zoho product, and Zoho Books on its own fits that starting point. More apps or more scope become a quoted plan. The exact hours, roles and response times are sent in the proposal by email, and Zoho Books licenses are billed separately by Zoho.

Yes. A migration usually runs as a per-project engagement with a fixed price agreed in writing, and many clients then keep the same expert on a monthly plan for the first closes in Zoho Books.
Our team covers US Pacific and CET working hours. The response times for your account are written into the proposal you receive by email, so you know what to expect before you sign.
Yes. Once more than one Zoho product is involved, we quote the plan for your setup instead of using the $300 starting point. The same expert can look after the links between those apps and Books.
