Which Zoho case studies can I read?
Two are published: LendingUSA, a US consumer financing company that runs sales, booking and support on seven connected Zoho apps, and myHHBS, a US behavioral health provider that brought leads, outside assessors and hiring into one Zoho system.
Why are there no numbers or percentages in your case studies?
We only publish figures a client has approved for publication, and none have been approved for these two stories. Rather than invent a metric, each story describes the problem, the apps we connected and the changes the client's team reported.
Are these the exact systems the clients use?
They are simplified on purpose. The apps and the overall design are accurate, but field names, scripts, internal rules and data stay with the client. We treat every client build the same way, including yours.
Can you build something similar for my company?
Very likely, if your business has the same kind of problem: leads, chats and support in different tools, or outside people who need their own view of your data. Every project starts with a free discovery call, then the scope and a fixed price are written into a signed BRD.
Do you only work with lending and healthcare companies?
No. These are simply the two industries with published stories so far. We also build for real estate, manufacturing, professional services and construction companies, plus many others, across the US, Canada and Latin America.
Did LendingUSA move to Zoho from Salesforce?
Yes. In its testimonial LendingUSA describes its move from Salesforce to Zoho, along with the custom API development we did for it. The full story is on the LendingUSA case study page.
Will you publish more case studies?
Yes, as clients approve them. Many of our 300+ projects since 2025 are for companies that prefer to stay unnamed, so new stories appear only after the client has read and approved the draft. We do not promise dates.
