Zoho Flow partner in the USA · Los Angeles, CA
An order comes in once. Every other app hears about it.
We’re certified Zoho Flow consultants, a team led from Glendale in the Los Angeles area. We wire Zoho to the tools your team already runs on, like Shopify, QuickBooks, Google Workspace, Slack and Stripe, rebuild your Zaps or Make scenarios in Zoho Flow, and write the custom functions when a no-code step isn’t enough. Then we watch the flow history so nothing fails quietly.

01Why Zoho Flow
Zoho Flow is Zoho’s integration platform. It connects more than 1,000 cloud and on-premise apps, it speaks every Zoho app natively, and you pay per organization for a monthly pool of tasks, so adding a coworker doesn’t add a bill. When a step needs real logic, you write it in Deluge right inside the flow. These are the six reasons we bring up most with US operations leads.
Connect
Shopify, QuickBooks Online, Google Workspace, Slack, Stripe and the rest of the usual US stack are there, and every Zoho app has deep triggers and actions out of the box.
Price
Standard is $25 a month on a yearly plan for 5,000 tasks, for the whole organization. Zoho counts one task each time an action runs, and triggers are free.
Zapier Professional: 750 tasks for $19.99Code
From Standard up, a step can be a short Deluge script: split a name, look up a territory, reshape a payload. When the logic grows into an app, we move it to Zoho Catalyst.
On-prem
On Professional, the on-prem agent links cloud apps to databases and tools on your private network, so a back-office server can start flows or receive data.
Zia
Zia, Zoho’s built-in AI (now also called SI, super intelligence), can draft a flow from a plain-English sentence, and Zia utilities summarize or pull details out of text mid-flow.
Monitor
Flow history logs every run, step by step. You can rerun a failed execution from the step that broke, restore an earlier version, and Professional retries failures for you.
Zoho Flow also comes inside the Zoho One bundle, next to Zoho CRM, Zoho Books and Zoho Creator. If you already pay for Zoho One, you may already own it.
02Trigger → decision → actions
Here’s a flow we build often for US online sellers. A Shopify order is the trigger. A decision step checks whether it’s a wholesale order. Three actions update Zoho CRM, Zoho Books and Slack, and flow history keeps the receipt. Scroll and follow the wire.
Trigger
Order #1048 from a boutique in Austin, Texas: 24 candles, $1,240. Shopify tells Zoho Flow, and the run starts.
App: ShopifyEvent: New order
Decision
The customer is tagged “wholesale” and the total is over $500, so the flow takes the wholesale branch. Retail orders take the other path.
If tag = wholesaleand total > $500
Action 1
Search by email, update the account if it exists, create it if it doesn’t. The order total lands on the account so the rep sees it.
Search or createAccount + contact
Action 2
Net 30 terms for wholesale, line items from the order, Texas sales tax handled in Books. Nobody retypes a thing.
Create invoiceTerms: Net 30
Action 3
A short message goes to #wholesale with the store, total and a link to the invoice. Prefer Zoho Cliq? Same step, different app.
Channel: #wholesalePost message
Flow history
Three actions ran, so the run used three tasks. If Books had been down, you’d see exactly where it stopped and rerun from there.
Success · 3 actions3 tasks used
Sample data. Task counting follows Zoho’s rule: each action that runs is one task.
03Try it
Pick what starts the flow, add up to four actions, then press Test run. You’ll see each step fire, how many tasks a month it would use, and which Zoho Flow plan covers it at US list prices.

04Zapier, Make or Power Automate today
Most of what you’ve built in Zapier, Make or Power Automate has a direct match in Zoho Flow. Pick the tool you use today to see what becomes what. Our Zoho Flow migration starts with an inventory of every live automation, because there are always a few nobody remembers building, and we run old and new side by side before switching anything off.

05Zoho Flow pricing in the US
Zoho Flow is priced per organization, by the number of tasks you run each month, with no per-user fee. There’s a free plan with 100 tasks and 5 flows. Standard starts at $25 a month billed yearly ($29 monthly) for 5,000 tasks. Professional starts at $41 a month billed yearly ($49 monthly) for 10,000 tasks and adds the on-prem agent, auto-rerun, premium apps and 5-minute polling. Slide to your volume to see the price.

Get your flows scoped| Zoho Flow plan | Entry price, billed yearly | Billed monthly | Tasks at that price | What it adds |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| $0 | $0 | 100 · 5 flows | Base apps, logic and utilities, 15-minute polling, 30 days of flow history | |
| $25 | $29 | 5,000 · unlimited flows | Custom functions, 60 days of flow history. Scales up to 5 million tasks | |
| $41 | $49 | 10,000 · unlimited flows | On-prem agent, auto-rerun, premium apps, 5-minute polling, 90 days of history |
Zoho Flow plans are priced per organization per month, in USD before tax, at Zoho’s US list rates. If you go over your tasks, you can turn on overage so flows keep running and the extra tasks are billed at the end of the cycle. Zoho Flow is also included in Zoho One. Building your flows with us is its own fixed price, written into a signed BRD before the first trigger goes live.
06Zoho Flow vs the alternatives
Each tool counts usage differently, so compare what you get at the entry paid plan. Zoho Flow and Zapier count tasks, Make counts credits, Power Automate charges per user, and Workato quotes. For a company that already runs on Zoho, Zoho Flow usually gives the most room for the money. It isn’t always the cheapest per run, and we’ll say so when it isn’t.
| Platform | Entry paid plan, billed yearly | Next plan up | How it’s counted | Worth knowing |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| $25Standard · 5,000 tasks | $41Professional · 10,000 tasks | Per organization, by tasks | Free plan with 100 tasks. Included in Zoho One | |
| Zapier | $19.99Professional · 750 tasks | $69Team · 2,000 tasks | By tasks; Team adds seats | The biggest app directory. Free plan limited to two-step Zaps |
| Make | $9Core · 10,000 credits | $16Pro | By credits (module runs) | Cheapest on raw volume. Loops and iterators multiply credits |
| Microsoft Power Automate | $15Premium, per user | $150Process, per bot | Per user, or per bot for unattended runs | Strong inside Microsoft 365 and for desktop automation |
| Workato | Quote | Quote | Custom contract | Built for large IT teams with enterprise budgets |
If you need a niche app that only Zapier supports, Zapier is the practical choice, and we can run it next to Zoho Flow. Make often costs less for very high-volume, data-heavy scenarios. If your company lives in Microsoft 365 and needs desktop automation, Power Automate fits there. Large enterprises with an integration team and an enterprise budget sometimes need Workato. We’ll tell you on the first call if one of these suits you better.
List prices in USD per month, billed yearly, as published by each vendor. Power Automate Premium is per user, Process is per bot. Vendors change prices and how they count usage, so we confirm current numbers for your volume before you buy.
07Zoho Flow integrations
Zoho Flow connects 1,000+ apps, but most US companies need the same dozen. These are the Zoho Flow integrations we build most, Zoho apps first, then the outside tools that run sales, money and messages. Hover or focus a tile to see what usually moves.
08What we build
Every Zoho Flow project gets its own scope and a fixed price in a signed BRD, but most look like one of these. Some are a handful of flows that stop the copy-pasting. Others replace a tangle of Zaps across a whole company. After go-live we stay on for Zoho Flow support and training.

09Questions we get asked a lot
Short answers on Zoho Flow pricing, tasks, Zapier migration and custom code. Not sure how many tasks your Zaps would use here? Bring a list of them to a discovery call. The first one is free.
Zoho Flow is Zoho’s integration and workflow automation platform. It connects more than 1,000 cloud and on-premise apps, including every Zoho app, so that an event in one app, like a new Shopify order, can create or update records in others, like Zoho CRM, Zoho Books or Slack, without anyone retyping data.
Zoho Flow is priced per organization by monthly tasks, not per user. The Free plan includes 100 tasks and 5 flows. Standard starts at $25 a month billed yearly, or $29 monthly, for 5,000 tasks. Professional starts at $41 a month billed yearly, or $49 monthly, for 10,000 tasks. Both scale up to 5 million tasks. Zoho Flow is also included in Zoho One. Setting up your flows with us is quoted as one fixed price in a signed BRD, separate from what you pay Zoho.
Zoho counts one task each time an action in a flow runs successfully. A flow with one trigger and two actions uses two tasks per run. Triggers don’t count, so a decision step that stops a run before any action fires saves tasks. We estimate your monthly tasks before you pick a plan.
If your business runs on Zoho, Zoho Flow usually wins. Standard gives 5,000 tasks for $25 a month billed yearly, against 750 tasks for $19.99 on Zapier Professional, with every user included and deeper Zoho triggers and actions. Zapier has a bigger app directory, so if you depend on a niche app only Zapier supports, it can make sense to keep it for that one job.
Make can cost less for very high-volume, data-heavy scenarios, though it counts credits per module, so loops add up fast. Power Automate charges per user and fits companies deep in Microsoft 365 that need desktop automation. Zoho Flow fits teams whose main systems are Zoho apps and who want one vendor for apps and automation.
Yes. We list every live automation, rebuild each one in Zoho Flow, merge duplicates, run old and new side by side on test data, then switch the old ones off. Filters and paths become decision branches, code steps become Deluge custom functions, and webhooks carry over as webhook triggers.
Yes. Zoho Flow has ready-made integrations for Shopify, QuickBooks Online, Slack, Stripe, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and many more, alongside every Zoho app. For a system without a ready-made connector, we use webhooks or custom API calls.
Yes. From the Standard plan, you can add custom functions written in Deluge, Zoho’s scripting language, as steps in a flow. When the logic grows into a full service with its own data and APIs, we build that part on Zoho Catalyst and call it from the flow.
Yes, on the Professional plan. Zoho Flow’s on-prem agent links cloud apps to databases and applications on your private network, so a back-office SQL server can trigger flows or receive data.
Yes. Zoho Flow for small business can start on the free plan with 100 tasks and 5 flows, and Standard costs $25 a month billed yearly for 5,000 tasks with every user included. Most small teams cover their core flows on Standard.
It depends on how many flows you need, which apps they touch, and whether you’re migrating from Zapier or Make. The signed BRD lists every flow, the apps it touches and each Zap or scenario we rebuild, each with its own date, so you know when the old automations can be switched off before work starts.
Yes. Our Zoho Flow consultants stay on for support: watching failed runs, adjusting flows when your apps change, adding new ones and training new team members, online or on-site in Southern California.
You can turn on overage, so your flows keep running and the extra tasks are billed at the end of the cycle. Standard and Professional both scale up to 5 million tasks, so you can also move to a bigger task tier. We estimate your monthly tasks before you pick a plan, so overage stays the exception.
SI stands for super intelligence. In September 2026 a US executive order asked federal agencies to use “super intelligence” or “SI” in place of “artificial intelligence” in official communications. Most businesses still say AI, so we use both terms.
10How a Zoho Flow project starts
These four steps settle what gets connected, what it costs and how many tasks it will use, in writing, before any build starts. A few flows are often scoped on the first call. Bigger jobs, like replacing a company’s whole Zapier account, may need a paid scoping and BRD phase, and we’ll quote that up front.
Zoho Flow work runs over screen share for teams across the US, Canada and Latin America, and we can map your flows with you in person in Southern California.
