Most of the work is on screen
A Zoho setup is mostly decisions about fields, stages, approvals and reports, and those are easiest to make with everyone looking at the same shared screen. Decisions go into the BRD in writing, so nobody has to remember what was on a whiteboard.
Rules and markets differ
A Zoho build in Colorado is not the same as one in Tennessee. Income tax, local sales tax, payroll registration and privacy law all change settings, and the industries in each metro change which apps come first. Each page says what changes there.

03Your hours, not ours
We book calls in your working day. Glendale is on Pacific Time, so in the lower 48 the gap to any client is three hours at most, and a shared morning or early afternoon is always there.
Glendale, Seattle and the rest of the West Coast share our clock. Southern California teams can also get us in person without a flight.
Denver runs one hour ahead all year. A 9 am stand-up there is 8 am here, which suits us fine.
Phoenix skips daylight saving: the same time as Glendale in summer, an hour ahead in winter. We schedule by the city, never by a fixed offset.
Texas, Chicago, Minneapolis and Nashville start their day before us. Morning kickoffs mean an early start on our side; afternoons overlap easily.
For East Coast teams, from Atlanta up to New York, we put workshops in late morning and early afternoon there, when both teams are fresh and nobody is eating lunch at a keyboard.
After go-live, support covers US Pacific and CET hours, so questions raised at the end of an Eastern day still get picked up.
04Demand first
By where people ask for us, not by a list of big cities. A city gets a page when companies there keep asking and there is enough local substance to write something useful.
Discovery calls and searches from a metro keep coming, so a page would answer questions real buyers already have.
The main industries, state taxes, privacy law and time zone change the setup in ways worth writing down.
No paragraphs copied with a new name swapped in. Every page has its own industries, rules and sample builds.
If a page helps nobody after a couple of months, we improve it or fold it into its state page.
05When it helps to be there
When the project is better for it. Discovery, design workshops and most training run by video. A go-live with field crews, a warehouse cut-over or a leadership workshop can be worth the trip, and we agree that in the plan before work starts, so it is never a surprise on the invoice.

No. Our one address is 237 N Central Ave, Ste A, Glendale, California. Our LA team works with companies in each of these cities by video, and travels when a project needs people on site.
