08Paying for Zoho
How much would a 25-person LA wholesaler pay for Zoho?
For a sample apparel wholesaler with 25 employees and 10 people at desks, picking apps one by one comes to about $503 a month on yearly billing. Zoho One costs more here but adds most of the suite.
You pay Zoho directly for licences, at the official US list prices; none of that money passes through us. On yearly billing, the four Zoho CRM editions cost $14, $23, $40 and $52 a seat each month. Zoho One costs $37 a head if every employee gets a licence, or $90 for each named login under the flexible option. Switch the statement to compare the three ways to buy.
We quote the build on its own as one fixed price inside the signed BRD, next to the dates for each phase. The discovery call is the only free part; a larger rollout sometimes begins with scoping we charge for, priced for your approval up front.

Where is your LA-area office, and can we visit?
Our one office is at 237 N Central Ave, Ste A, Glendale, CA 91203, a few blocks off the 134 at Central Avenue. Visits are by appointment: we pick a time on the discovery call so the people working on your project are there when you arrive.
Will your team come to our office in the LA area?
Yes, when the work is easier to understand on site, such as a warehouse, a clinic front desk or a training day for staff who rarely use a computer. We agree each visit with you and record it in the BRD instead of promising a fixed schedule.
Is the discovery call in person?
We hold the 30-minute discovery call by video, so it fits into a normal day without a drive. It is the only free step. Workshops after it can happen at our Glendale office, at your site or on screen, whichever suits the session.
How do you set up Zoho for the CCPA and CPRA?
We add consent fields with a date and source, a do-not-sell-or-share flag that stops marketing, and a request log so access, correction and deletion requests are answered on time. Your lawyer tells us what the law requires of you, and we build the fields and workflows to match.
Can Zoho Payroll run payroll for California employees?
Yes. Zoho Payroll covers all 50 states, California included. We enter your EDD account details, set state withholding and SDI, and work through overtime, sick leave and final pay questions with your CPA before the first live pay run.
Can Zoho Books handle California district sales tax?
Yes. Zoho Books can work out sales tax from the customer's address, and we load the district rates for wherever you ship when the automation needs them. Your CPA checks the rates and which items are taxable before we switch it on.
Do you work with LA ecommerce and Shopify brands?
Often. We build and fix Shopify stores and connect them to Inventory, Books and CRM inside Zoho, so orders, stock, payouts and repeat customers live in one place instead of four exports.
Can we meet the founders?
