How much does it cost to hire a Zoho expert?

How quickly can a Zoho expert start?

Your team is working within 2–3 working days of the signed contract. The call and the emailed proposal come first, so you know the hours, roles and response times before you sign.

Is there a minimum contract length?

No long lock-in is required. You can choose month-to-month or a longer term, and each contract sets out how scaling up, scaling down and cancellation work.

How many hours a month do I get?

It depends on your products and your list, so we do not publish fixed bundles. The exact hours, the roles involved and the response times are written into the proposal we email after the call.

Do I get one person or a team?

A team. Developers, admins, consultants, project managers, QA, trainers, AWS engineers and AI / SI specialists are all available, and the mix for your plan is finalised at signing based on how complex the work is.

What hours do your Zoho experts work?

We cover US Pacific and CET working hours. Work runs remotely for clients across the US, Canada and Latin America, with in-person visits around Los Angeles when they help.

Can the same team also handle AWS or AI / SI work?

Yes. Our AWS engineers and AI / SI specialists sit in the same team, so a Zoho request that needs AWS hosting or an AI step does not need a second vendor. Larger builds are scoped as a project.

What is SI?

SI stands for super intelligence. In September 2026 a US executive order asked federal agencies to use “super intelligence” or “SI” in place of “artificial intelligence” in official communications. Most businesses still say AI, so we use both terms.
