These terms apply when you visit or use elitetech-global.com. By using the Site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

  • The Site gives general information about our services. Paid work is covered by a separate written agreement.
  • Zoho, AWS, Shopify and other product names belong to their owners; we are an independent partner.
  • Prices shown for third-party products come from those vendors and can change.
  • Please use the Site lawfully and don’t try to break or misuse it.

01About these terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are between you and Elite Tech Global (“we”, “us” or “our”) and govern your use of elitetech-global.com and its pages, forms, chat and scheduling tools (the “Site”). Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.

02Our services and agreements

The Site describes our software, cloud and AI services in general terms. It is not an offer that can be accepted. Any project, including scope, deliverables, timeline and price, is governed only by a separate written agreement, statement of work or signed Business Requirements Document (BRD) between you and us. If those documents conflict with these Terms, the signed agreement controls.

03Information on the Site

We work to keep the Site accurate and current, but it is provided for general information only and is not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice. Examples, dashboards and figures labelled “Sample” are illustrations, not results for a specific client. Statements about outcomes are not guarantees; results depend on each business.

04Third-party products, prices and trademarks

The Site refers to products and services of other companies, including Zoho, Amazon Web Services, Shopify, WordPress, Stripe, PayPal, QuickBooks, OpenAI, Anthropic and Google. Those names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Elite Tech Global is an independent partner and is not owned by, or speaking on behalf of, those companies unless stated.

License prices for third-party products are set by their vendors, are shown for general guidance based on publicly listed US prices on the date stated, and may change at any time. Your contract for those products is with the vendor.

05Testimonials

Testimonials reflect the individual experiences of the clients quoted. They may be edited for length or clarity and are not a guarantee that you will have the same experience.

06Intellectual property

The Site’s design, text, graphics and code, other than third-party marks and content, belong to Elite Tech Global or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation. You may not copy, republish, sell or create derivative works from the Site without our written permission.

07Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Break any law or infringe anyone’s rights
  • Send spam or false information through our forms or chat
  • Try to access systems or data without authorization, or test the Site’s security without our written permission
  • Introduce malware, overload the Site, or interfere with its normal operation
  • Scrape or harvest content or personal information in bulk

08Information you send us

If you send us ideas, feedback or project details through the Site, you confirm you have the right to share them. We will treat project details and business information you share in line with our Privacy policy and any confidentiality agreement between us.

09Disclaimer

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ELITE TECH GLOBAL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100). THIS SECTION DOES NOT LIMIT LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, AND DOES NOT APPLY TO PAID SERVICES, WHICH ARE GOVERNED BY YOUR AGREEMENT WITH US.

11Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Elite Tech Global harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

12Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
