What doesn’t move from Keap to Zoho CRM?
The logic. Campaign sequences, forms, checkout pages, appointment links and connected apps get rebuilt in Zoho. Broadcast stats and send history stay in Keap; we save the reports you want as files first.
What happens to our Keap tags?
We list every tag and agree where each goes: a field, a list, a Zoho tag or the bin. Nothing is dropped without your written approval, and the validation report counts each tag against its new home.
Do unsubscribed contacts stay unsubscribed?
Yes. Opt-out status moves into Zoho’s Email Opt Out field, and we check the count before cutover, so Zoho emails skip those people.
Do orders and purchase history come across?
Yes. Products, orders and order lines arrive as Products and Sales Orders or Invoices on each contact, or in Zoho Books if you want them in your accounting.
Is there downtime when we switch from Keap?
Very little. You work in Keap until a planned after-hours cutover, a catch-up pass brings late changes across, and the team starts the next morning in Zoho CRM.
How long does a Keap to Zoho CRM migration take?
It depends on your tags, campaigns, forms and connected apps more than on contact count. The Migration BRD carries a dated schedule set back from a stopper date before your Keap renewal.
How much does a Keap migration cost?
A fixed fee under one of three packages: Quick, Standard or Complex Move. The first call is free. Larger accounts often start with a paid Migration Assessment, credited in full, and the fee is set in a signed BRD.
Who signs off the Keap migration?
Each team that uses Keap, often sales and marketing, names a lead who signs the Migration BRD and later its sample. Your project owner adds a final signature, and we keep a record of each approval.
What happens to my Keap account after go-live?
It stays open read-only through the rollback window, and we keep a full export. You cancel Keap only after you confirm the team is settled.
