What is Bigin by Zoho CRM?
Bigin is Zoho’s pipeline-first CRM for small businesses. It keeps contacts, companies and deals in pipelines you design, with built-in calling, email and WhatsApp, web forms, workflows, dashboards and mobile apps for iPhone, iPad, Android and Mac.
How much does Bigin cost in the USA?
Bigin is free for one user. Paid editions cost $7 per user per month for Express, $12 for Premier and $18 for Bigin 360, billed yearly in USD before tax. Monthly billing costs $9, $15 and $21. Our Bigin setup, from pipelines to imports and integrations, is quoted on its own as a fixed price in a signed BRD.
Bigin vs Zoho CRM: which should a small business choose?
Choose Bigin if you have roughly one to ten users, a simple sales process and want to run it from your phone. Choose Zoho CRM if you need separate leads and accounts, custom modules, Blueprint processes with approvals, territories or forecasting. Many teams start on Bigin and move to Zoho CRM later with Zoho’s built-in migration.
Can we move from Bigin to Zoho CRM later?
Yes. Zoho CRM has a built-in Bigin migration that brings over users, companies, contacts, pipelines, stages, tasks, events, notes and attachments. Add-ons such as purchased phone numbers do not carry over and must be bought again in Zoho CRM. We map it all out before you switch.
Bigin vs Pipedrive: which is better for a small US team?
Both are pipeline CRMs. Bigin Express costs $7 per user per month billed yearly and includes calling, email, WhatsApp and QuickBooks. Pipedrive Lite costs $14 and Growth $24 per seat per month billed yearly, and some lead and campaign tools are add-ons on lower plans. Pipedrive has a bigger app marketplace. In our view, for most teams of one to ten, Bigin gives more for the money.
Bigin vs HubSpot free CRM: why pay for Bigin?
HubSpot’s free CRM handles basic contact tracking and marketing forms for a very small team. In our experience the bill grows once you want workflow automation, because that sits in HubSpot’s paid tiers. Bigin Express includes 30 automations, three pipelines, email and WhatsApp for $7 per user per month billed yearly.
Is Bigin good for a very small business?
Yes, that’s who it’s built for. A solo owner can use Bigin Free with one pipeline and 500 records. A team of two to ten usually fits Bigin Express. There is no minimum number of users on any paid edition.
Does Bigin work on a phone?
Yes. Bigin has apps for iPhone, iPad, Android and Mac. You can move deals, call customers, log notes, check tasks and scan business cards into new contacts from your phone.
Does Bigin integrate with QuickBooks?
Yes. From the Express edition, Bigin integrates with QuickBooks, Zoho Books and Zoho Invoice. It also connects to Zoho Sign for signatures and to Stripe or PayPal for payment links, plus Gmail, Outlook, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and WhatsApp Business.
How long does a Bigin setup take?
It depends on how many pipelines, imports and integrations you need. Your signed BRD comes with a schedule that dates each pipeline, each import and each connection, so a small team knows the day it can start working in Bigin.
Can you migrate our data from spreadsheets, Pipedrive or HubSpot?
Yes. We handle Bigin migration from spreadsheets, Pipedrive, HubSpot, Less Annoying CRM and monday. We clean duplicates, move contacts, companies, deals, notes and tasks, rebuild your automations as Bigin workflows, run a test import you check, then switch over.
Do you provide Bigin support and training after go-live?
Yes. After go-live our Bigin consultants handle questions, new pipelines and workflows, and Bigin training for new hires, online or on-site in Southern California.
Is there a free version of Bigin?
Yes. Bigin Free covers one user, with one pipeline and up to 500 records, which suits a solo owner. When a second person joins or you need more, Bigin Express costs $7 per user per month billed yearly, and no paid edition has a minimum number of users.
What is SI?
SI stands for super intelligence. In September 2026 a US executive order asked federal agencies to use “super intelligence” or “SI” in place of “artificial intelligence” in official communications. Most businesses still say AI, so we use both terms.
