Zoho training for US teams, taught role by role
Your reps do not need the admin course. Your admin does not need the sales demo.
Zoho training with us is built around the people in the room. Admins learn how your account is put together, managers learn the views and approvals they own, and everyone else learns their daily screens. Every session uses your own Zoho setup, and each role leaves with a manual and recorded videos for later.
Advanced PartnerTraining by the people who build
01The short answer
What is Zoho training?
Hands-on sessions that teach each person the parts of Zoho their job touches, inside your own account. It turns a working setup into one your team actually uses, and gives new hires something to learn from later.
A rollout is about to go live
The build is done and tested. Now the whole team needs to be ready on the same morning.
Zoho is set up, but half the team avoids it
Deals still live in inboxes and notes, because nobody showed people the shortcut that saves them time.
Your admin inherited the account
The person who built it left. The new admin needs to know why things work the way they do before changing them.
You are hiring fast
New starters keep arriving, and your best people are tired of teaching the same screens every month.
02In every training plan
What does Zoho training from us include?
Five things, the same for a team of six or sixty. What changes is how many roles there are and how many apps each role touches.
A plan per role
Who needs what, in which order, agreed with each department head before the first session.
Live, hands-on sessions
At your office in Southern California, or over video anywhere in the US, Canada and Latin America.
A manual for each role
Written about your fields, your stages and your buttons, with screenshots from your own account.
Recorded videos
Short clips of each task, so a new hire in a year learns the same way your first team did.
Practice on real tasks
Users run their daily jobs against the checks agreed in the BRD, so gaps show up before go-live.
03When you do not need us
Zoho’s free help resources or training from us?
Zoho publishes help pages and webinars on every standard feature, and they are good. Paid training earns its place when the question is about your setup rather than the product. Tap a card to see which wins.
04One role, one kit
How is a training kit built for one role, step by step?
Training is not bolted on at the end. Each piece of a role’s kit comes out of a step of the project we already run. Scroll and the sales manager’s kit fills up one piece at a time.
Step 1Workflow mapping
The role gets a name and a headcount
While we map each department, we note who does which job. The sales manager role is born here: four people, one team, a short list of screens they live in.
Step 2BRD sign-off
Tasks become a checklist
The BRD already lists the checks that prove each feature works. We sort those checks by role, so the manager’s list reads like their week: approve, reassign, forecast, coach.
Step 3Review demos
Manual pages arrive with each feature
Every demo of finished work comes with draft pages for the roles it touches. By the end of the build, the manual is mostly written and already checked by your team.
Step 4Review demos
Short videos, one task each
As features land we record the clicks for each task. One clip per job keeps them easy to find and easy to redo when a layout changes.
Step 5Testing
Practice that doubles as testing
Managers run their real tasks against the agreed checks. Anything confusing gets fixed in the setup or the manual before anyone is trained on it.
Step 6Training
A hands-on session for the role
The managers train together, in your office in Southern California or over video. They work in their own account, with their own records on screen.
Step 7Go-live
The kit stays when we step back
On go-live day the role has its manual, its videos and a named support contact. The next manager you hire starts with the same kit.

Which roles need training on which Zoho apps?
Tick the roles in your company and the apps they use. The grid shows what each role would learn in each app. It is a sample; your real plan comes from your own setup.

06Format by job
When is a live session better than a recorded video?
Every plan uses both. Live time goes where people need to ask questions; recordings cover what they will look up again later. Pick a job to compare.
The first week in a new system
Useful as a refresher, but watching alone leaves the “why does it do that?” questions unanswered.
People click along, get stuck and get unstuck on the spot. Habits form in that first week.
A task done once a month
Month-end steps are forgotten by the next month. A two-minute clip at the moment of need beats memory.
Worth one walkthrough, though few people remember it four weeks later.
A new hire half a year later
The kit is ready on their first day, and nobody senior loses an afternoon repeating it.
Possible, and kind, but it depends on someone having the time that week.
Admin changes to settings and permissions
Good as a reference for where a setting lives.
A wrong permission can hide records from a whole team. Admins learn this with someone watching their screen.
A layout change after go-live
Swap the one clip and the one manual page that changed.
A short huddle helps when the change alters how people work, not just where a button sits.
07How training is priced
What does Zoho training cost?
On a new project, training is already inside the fixed fee in your BRD. For an account that is already running, we scope the roles and apps first and give you one fixed price in writing before any session is booked.
- Part of a new build
- Included in the project fee, with manuals and videos for every role.
- Training on an existing account
- A short setup review, then a fixed price for the plan, sessions and materials.
- Refreshers and new starters
- Can sit inside a support plan, with its scope agreed in writing.
- The first call
- Free, with a founder, and you get a written recap.

09Training questions
Zoho training questions from US managers
Formats, roles, materials and price. If you already have Zoho, a list of your roles and apps is the most useful thing to bring.
What does Zoho training cover?
It covers the parts of Zoho each role uses, taught on your own setup. Admins learn users, permissions, fields, layouts and the automations they will maintain. Managers learn team views, approvals and reports. Everyone else learns their daily tasks. Each role also gets a manual and recorded videos.
Is Zoho training on-site or online?
Both. We train in person for teams in Southern California and over video for teams elsewhere in the US, Canada and Latin America. Online sessions are hands-on: people work in their own account while we watch and help.
Can you train our team on a Zoho setup someone else built?
Yes. We review the account first so the manuals and sessions match what is really there, and we tell you about anything that will be hard to teach because of how it was built.
Do we get recordings and manuals?
Yes. Every role gets a written manual with screenshots from your own account and short recorded videos, one per task. They are yours to keep and share with new hires.
Is training included in a Zoho implementation?
On projects we build, yes. Training is part of the fixed fee in the BRD and happens just before go-live. Training on its own, for an account that already runs, is scoped and priced in writing first.
Can you train our Zoho admin to run the system without you?
Yes, and we prefer it. Admin training covers how your account is put together, how to change it safely and where the custom functions live, so day-to-day changes stay in-house.
How do we keep training new hires after go-live?
Start them on the role manual and videos. When a layout or process changes, the matching clip and page are updated. Refresher sessions can be added to a support plan agreed in writing.
10How training starts
From “nobody uses it” to a booked first session
If we built your Zoho, training is already in the plan. If someone else did, these four steps come first, so we teach the setup you really have.
Sessions run over video for teams in the US, Canada and Latin America. Teams around Los Angeles can have us in the room.
