Zoho partner for Dallas · led from Glendale, CA

Dallas Zoho partner for companies running more than one branch

One CRM, one set of numbers, whether your people sit in Uptown, Plano or a warehouse near the airport.

Growth in the Metroplex usually means a new branch in Frisco, another in Irving and three ways of logging a deal. We set Zoho up so every branch works one way, and our LA team remains your support as new locations open.

01The short answer

Is Zoho right for Dallas businesses?

Yes, especially for firms that grew by adding locations. Dallas companies often run several branches or franchise units, and Zoho gives each its own view while head office sees everything, at a licence cost that stays sensible as headcount climbs.

The Dallas economy leans on office work: banks and insurers downtown and in Uptown, software firms along the Richardson Telecom Corridor, corporate campuses in Plano's Legacy district and Irving's Las Colinas, and a big distribution trade around DFW Airport. Many of those firms arrived from other states with tools bought for a much bigger parent.

Sometimes a smaller scope wins. A regional bank whose core banking system owns every customer record may only want Zoho for referral partners and marketing, and we will say so if that fits better.

03Texas, branch by branch

Which Texas rules matter for a multi-location Dallas company?

The ones that multiply with every entity and branch. A single shop barely notices them; a group with six locations and three legal entities needs them designed into Zoho before the first record is imported.

  • 1 of 6

No state tax on wages, but other states still count

Texas takes nothing from paychecks, yet a relocated company often keeps people in the state it left.

We configureZoho Payroll work locations per employee, so a Texas hire and a colleague still living out of state each get the right withholding.

  • 2 of 6

Franchise tax for the whole group

Related entities that operate as one business usually report together as a combined group, not one by one.

We configureOne Zoho Books organization per entity, matching account codes across all of them, and consolidated reports your CPA can work from.

  • 3 of 6

    Local sales tax by branch

For sellers based in Texas, the local part of sales tax generally follows the location where the order is taken or filled, so two branches can charge different totals.

We configureA tax group for each branch address in Zoho Books, picked automatically from the branch on the invoice, with your CPA signing off the rates.

  • 4 of 6

    Workforce Commission accounts

Every Texas employer holds a Workforce Commission account for unemployment tax and files a report for every person it hires.

We configureTWC details in Zoho Payroll and one hiring checklist in Zoho People that every branch manager follows.

  • 5 of 6

Texas Data Privacy and Security Act

Lenders and insurers hold sensitive personal data, and Texas residents may ask what you hold about them and have it fixed or erased.

We configureConsent records with a timestamp, a privacy request queue with deadlines and owners, and marketing lists that drop anyone who opts out.

  • 6 of 6

    Licensed people on the record

Real estate agents answer to TREC, insurance agents to the Texas Department of Insurance, and mortgage originators carry an NMLS number.

We configureLicence type, number and renewal date on each user or agent in Zoho CRM, with a reminder before it lapses and a block on assigning deals after.

We are Zoho consultants, not accountants or lawyers: your CPA and counsel confirm each point before we build it.

04Three Dallas builds

Which Zoho builds suit a growing Dallas team?

Three setups we often sketch for Metroplex companies. Each tab shows the apps and how one piece of work moves through them.

Zoho CRMZoho Analytics

  1. Lead routed by territoryWeb and phone leads go to the branch that covers the buyer’s ZIP code, with a round robin inside each branch.
  2. One pipeline, branch filtersEvery branch uses the same stages, so a deal in one suburb means the same thing as a deal in another.
  3. Branch manager reviewEach Monday the branch manager sees stalled deals and reps without a next step.
  4. Head office dashboardZoho Analytics ranks branches by pipeline, win rate and average deal size, refreshed through the day.
  5. Quota checkTargets per branch and rep sit beside actuals, with a weekly summary for the regional VP.

05From Glendale to North Texas

How do we work with Dallas teams?

Our LA team runs Dallas projects over video in your business day and comes to North Texas when a phase works better face to face. The senior consultants you meet on the discovery call are the ones who build.

Our base is Glendale, and we keep no address in Texas. For multi-branch firms that rarely matters: your staff are already spread across Plano, Irving and the airport, so most would join a workshop on screen share anyway.

  • Booked on Central TimeWe start our day early so your morning stand-ups and Friday reviews fit. The support desk also covers Central European time.
  • Workshop one: two branches side by sideFor a firm with five sales branches, the first session asks two branch managers how each qualifies, quotes and closes a deal. The differences become the design brief.
  • Visits with a reasonTraining a regional sales meeting or walking a distribution floor can justify a flight into DFW or Love Field. We price any trip inside the BRD; there is no standing travel calendar.
  • Rollout one branch at a timeA pilot location goes live first and the rest follow, so head office never loses its numbers mid-quarter.

07Licences and our fee

What might a five-branch Dallas company pay for Zoho?

Take a distributor with five branches and 25 sales staff. Zoho CRM Enterprise, Analytics, Books and Inventory come to roughly $1,304 monthly on a yearly plan, all of it invoiced by Zoho.

We suggest Enterprise when branches need their own territories and approval rules; CRM runs from $14 per user for Standard up to $52 for Ultimate on yearly terms, with Professional at $23 and Enterprise at $40, while monthly billing makes them $20, $35, $50 and $65. If everyone needs the whole suite, Zoho One for all employees costs $37 each a month, or $90 a head on flexible licensing for part of the staff, and we cost out both before you decide.

Our own fee is fixed, in writing, inside the BRD, before any build starts. No charge applies to the discovery call; a group with several entities may first need paid scoping, agreed and priced with you first.

08Getting started

Where does a Dallas project begin?

By comparing two branches before designing anything. The gaps between how they work today tell us what the shared system has to fix.

  1. Discovery callThirty minutes, Dallas time, on your branches, today's tools and the report you wish head office had.
  2. Branch comparisonTwo branch leads walk us through a recent deal or order on video, and we note where their steps differ.
  3. Signed BRDScope, apps, entities, tax setup per branch, data to migrate, phase dates and our fixed fee, all in writing.
  4. Pilot, then rolloutOne branch goes live first, then the others follow once the pilot team signs off.

09Dallas owners ask

Questions Dallas companies ask us

Branches, entities, licences, travel and price. Ask whatever else is on your mind during the call.

Will your team come to Dallas in person?

Day to day we work by video from our Glendale base. When a phase is better done in person, such as training a regional sales meeting, someone flies in, and we fix the dates and cost of that trip in the BRD beforehand.

What time difference should a Dallas team plan for?

Two hours, summer and winter, because Texas and California change clocks on the same weekends. Our 8 am is your 10 am, which leaves most of the Dallas workday open for calls.

We have branches across several DFW suburbs. Can Zoho Books charge the right local sales tax at each one?

Yes. Each branch gets its own tax group in Zoho Books, chosen from the branch on the invoice, so a sale in one suburb carries that location's local rate. Your CPA reviews rates and taxable items before we switch it on.

Our headquarters moved to Dallas but some staff still live in another state. Can Zoho handle that?

It can. Zoho Payroll stores a work location per employee: people in Dallas pay nothing to the state, while colleagues still based elsewhere keep their home state setup.

How does Zoho help a Dallas lender or insurer with the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act?

We add dated consent records, a tracked queue for anyone asking to see, fix or erase their data, and opt-out flags that keep people out of campaigns. Your lawyer confirms which duties fall on your firm.

Can Zoho CRM track TREC, insurance or NMLS licences for our agents?

Yes. Each agent or loan officer gets licence type, number and renewal date fields, a reminder before the renewal date, and a rule that stops new deals being assigned to anyone whose licence has lapsed.

How much should a multi-branch Dallas firm budget for Zoho?

Licence fees are paid to Zoho at list price; our five-branch sample with 25 CRM users lands near $1,304 a month with yearly billing. Our project price is fixed and written down in the BRD, and there is no charge for the discovery call.
