How LendingUSA put sales, booking and support on one Zoho CRM

LendingUSA is a US consumer financing company. When it came to us, the people talking to customers were working across several disconnected tools and typing the same details more than once. We moved it off Salesforce and built a Zoho stack where seven apps share one customer record.

01The challenge

What was slowing LendingUSA down?

Not a lack of software. Leads sat in one place, website chats in another and support requests in a third, so nobody had the whole customer in front of them. Each handoff meant copying names and details by hand, which costs time and invites mistakes.

  1. 1Leads in their own siloNew enquiries were tracked away from the conversations that followed them.
  2. 2Chats with no historyWebsite conversations did not sit next to the lead or customer they belonged to.
  3. 3Support on a separate islandA support request rarely showed what sales had already promised that customer.
  4. 4The same data, typed twiceStaff re-entered details between tools, which is slow work and easy to get wrong.

02Before and after

What changed when Zoho CRM became the center?

Every customer-facing tool now writes to, and reads from, the same Zoho CRM record. Flip the switch to watch the separate pieces get wired into one system, then tap any app to see the job it does in a setup like LendingUSA’s.

Before: separate tools

Each tool held its own slice of the customer. Moving a lead from a form to a call to a support case meant somebody copying it across.

A simplified sketch, shared with LendingUSA’s permission. The before side is a general picture of disconnected tools, not an inventory of LendingUSA’s old software, and its real configuration stays private.

04The outcome

What did LendingUSA get out of it?

A team working from one version of the truth. LendingUSA describes four changes in plain words, without figures, and we list them as given rather than dress them up.

  • Customers engage more, and more of them convert
  • Much less retyping of the same data
  • Customer issues get resolved faster
  • Decisions made from a single CRM

“Ikram and the [Elite Tech] team made our transition from Salesforce to Zoho seamless. Their consultative approach, best practice insights and custom API development were invaluable.”

Running a lending team on Salesforce and side tools?

Then the LendingUSA path is worth a look. Our Salesforce move plan walks through what transfers and how cutover works, and the lending guide shows how US lenders use Zoho day to day. The project itself is a fixed price, written into a signed BRD before the build begins.

06Questions

Questions about the LendingUSA Zoho project

The usual ones from lenders and fintech teams reading this story. If your stack looks different, bring a list of your current tools to the first call.

What does LendingUSA do?

LendingUSA is a consumer financing company in the United States. It shared its name, logo and story with us for this case study.

Which Zoho apps did Elite Tech Global set up for LendingUSA?

Seven: Zoho CRM at the center, with Zoho Forms, Zoho SalesIQ, Zoho Bookings, Zoho Flow, Zoho Creator and Zoho Desk connected to it. We also did custom API development where the standard connections were not enough.

Did LendingUSA move from Salesforce to Zoho CRM?

Yes. LendingUSA moved its CRM from Salesforce to Zoho, and its testimonial describes that transition. Our Salesforce to Zoho CRM page explains how we plan that kind of move.

What results did LendingUSA see?

LendingUSA reports better customer engagement and conversion, less manual data entry, faster issue resolution and decisions based on one CRM. No figures are approved for publication, so we do not print any.

How long did the LendingUSA project take?

We do not publish client timelines. For your project, the timeline depends on the apps, data and integrations in scope, and the signed BRD gives each phase a date before the build starts.

Can a smaller lender use the same setup?

Often, yes, with fewer apps at first. Many teams begin with Zoho CRM and Zoho Forms and add chat, booking or support later. We scope it on a free discovery call and fix the price in a signed BRD.

Is this exactly how LendingUSA's system is built?

It is a simplified picture. The apps and the overall design are accurate, but the detailed configuration is LendingUSA's own and stays confidential.
