USD, before tax. HubSpot Professional and Enterprise prices are “starting at” seat prices, and its AI features draw on a monthly credit allowance with paid top-ups. Both companies adjust plans during the year, so we re-price your exact seat mix on the call.

04When to choose which
Choose HubSpot if marketing runs your growth and budget per seat is not the worry. Choose Zoho CRM if your sales process has rules, your headcount is climbing, or you want finance and support on the same record. Answer five quick questions and watch the needle.
Where do most new deals come from?
Does a deal need approvals or set steps before it moves?
How many CRM users in two years?
Should accounting and support share the customer record?
Do you already run Marketing Hub and love it?
No answers yet. Answer any question to move the needle.
05Already on HubSpot?
Yes. Contacts, companies, deals, notes, tasks and attachments come across, mapped field by field. Workflows and sequences don’t export, so we rebuild them as Zoho workflow rules and cadences. You check a test import before anything goes live.

The questions that come up when a US team has both CRMs on the shortlist. If yours isn’t here, put it to us on a call and we’ll answer it with your seat count in front of us.
For most teams, yes. On the mid tier, Zoho CRM Professional is $23 per user a month billed yearly, while HubSpot Sales Hub Professional starts at $100 per Sales seat. A team of 10 sellers and 5 support staff pays about $4,140 a year on Zoho and about $15,000 on HubSpot at list price.
HubSpot lists Starter at $20 per seat a month, Professional from $100 per Sales seat with Core seats at $50, and Enterprise from $150 per Sales seat with Core seats at $75. The Free CRM tools cost nothing. AI features use HubSpot Credits, with a monthly allowance on each paid plan.
Out of the box, usually yes. HubSpot is very quick to learn. Zoho CRM has more settings, so a clean setup with only the fields and stages your team needs makes the biggest difference. That setup is the part we do.
Both handle the everyday jobs, like lead scoring, summaries and email drafts. The difference is how you pay. Zia comes with Zoho CRM Enterprise and Ultimate at no extra cost, while Breeze draws on HubSpot Credits, so heavy use can mean buying more.
Yes, some teams do. We connect the two through their APIs or an integration tool such as Zoho Flow, and agree in the BRD which fields sync and in which direction. If marketing is the main reason you are on HubSpot, this can be a sensible middle path.
The data is the easy part: contacts, companies, deals, notes, tasks and files map across cleanly. Workflows and sequences have to be rebuilt in Zoho. We run a test import you sign off before the real move, and keep HubSpot read-only until you confirm.
For two or three people with simple needs, both free options work. Zoho CRM has a free edition for up to 3 users, and HubSpot has its free CRM tools. Once you need automation or more seats, Zoho CRM usually costs far less. A very small team may also like Bigin by Zoho.
Not inside the CRM itself. Zoho covers email marketing and nurture with Zoho Campaigns and Zoho Marketing Automation, which share data with Zoho CRM and come bundled in Zoho One. HubSpot keeps marketing and sales on one platform, which is its real strength.
There’s no charge for the discovery call. After that, setup or a HubSpot move is a fixed price written into a signed BRD with a delivery schedule. Bigger projects may need a paid scoping phase first, and we quote that before it starts.
SI stands for super intelligence. In September 2026 a US executive order asked federal agencies to use “super intelligence” or “SI” in place of “artificial intelligence” in official communications. Most businesses still say AI, so we use both terms.
