How much does Zoho One cost in the US?
Zoho One Standard costs $37 per employee per month on All Employee pricing, or $90 per user per month on Flexible User pricing, both billed yearly. Month to month, those become $45 and $105. Zoho One Essentials, a lighter bundle, is $9 per user per month billed yearly or $11 monthly.
These are Zoho’s US list prices in USD, before sales tax, as of October 2026. On top of the list price, Zoho currently shows a US offer that brings Flexible User down to $67 per user per month on yearly billing. Offers like that come and go, so plan your budget on the $90 list price and treat the offer as a bonus if it still applies when you buy.
| Plan | Billed yearly | Billed monthly | Who you license |
|---|---|---|---|
| $37 | $45 | every employee | |
| $90 ($67 with the current US offer) | $105 | only the people who use it | |
| $9 | $11 | only the people who use it |
What is the difference between All Employee and Flexible User pricing?
Same apps, different counting. All Employee is cheaper per head but you must license everyone on your payroll. Flexible User costs more per head but you pay only for the people who use Zoho.
All Employee suits companies where most staff touch the system: email, HR, help desk, projects or expenses. Once everyone needs a login anyway, $37 a head is hard to beat.
Flexible User suits companies where Zoho is a tool for the office, not the whole workforce. A 60-person contractor with 12 people in sales, finance and scheduling would pay for 60 seats on All Employee and only 12 on Flexible User.
Both plans include the same Standard suite. The choice is purely about how many seats you pay for.
Who fits which plan
Which Zoho One plan costs less for your team?
Move the sliders. Bars show yearly cost at US list prices.
Essentials is a lighter set of apps, so it is not a like-for-like swap for Standard. Figures leave out tax and add-ons.
When does All Employee pricing become cheaper?
At list prices on yearly billing, All Employee wins once more than about 41% of your staff need Zoho, because $37 is about 41% of $90. On monthly billing the line sits near 43%.
The maths is quick. Divide the All Employee price by the Flexible User price, and that is the share of your company that needs to use Zoho before licensing everyone becomes the cheaper move. With the current US offer of $67 on Flexible User, the line moves up to about 55%.
Two things push the real answer around. Headcount that changes a lot, such as seasonal crews, makes All Employee harder to budget. And teams often find more people want a login once Zoho is in place, which drifts the share upward over the first year.
What is included in Zoho One Standard?
The full suite of 45+ Zoho apps, one admin panel with single sign-on, a unified dashboard, mobile apps, device management and Zoho’s integrations, all under one license per person.
In practice that means sales (Zoho CRM, SalesIQ, Bookings), finance (Books, Inventory, Expense), service (Desk), marketing (Campaigns, Social, Forms, Survey), HR (People, Recruit), collaboration (Mail, Cliq, WorkDrive, Projects) and building blocks such as Creator, Analytics and Flow. You get access to all of them on day one; you do not have to switch them all on. Our Zoho One page maps the apps by department.
What does Zoho One Essentials include?
A smaller bundle of core apps for sales, finance and invoicing, marketing, customer service, HR and collaboration, under one login and admin panel. It suits small teams that want the Zoho One way of working without the full suite.
Essentials is a sensible first step if your needs are modest today. You can move up to Standard later as departments are added. Before buying, check that every app you rely on is part of the Essentials set, because it does not carry the full catalog.
Should you pay for Zoho One yearly or monthly?
Yearly, if your headcount is fairly stable. It saves about 18% on All Employee and Essentials and about 14% on Flexible User at list price. Monthly makes sense while you are still testing fit or expect headcount to swing.
A common pattern: start on monthly billing during rollout, then switch to yearly once the team is live and the user count has settled.
Is Zoho One cheaper than buying Zoho apps one by one?
Usually yes once a company uses four or five Zoho apps, rarely when it needs only one or two.
A worked example on yearly billing: ten employees on All Employee pricing cost $370 a month. Zoho CRM Professional for all ten ($230) plus Zoho Books Professional ($40 for the organization) comes to $270, so two apps alone are cheaper on their own. Add help desk, projects, HR and marketing tools and the bundle soon pulls ahead. Our honest take on that trade-off sits in Is Zoho One worth it?
What costs sit outside the Zoho One price?
Sales tax, any add-ons or extra usage beyond what the bundle includes, third-party tools you connect, and the work of setting Zoho One up for your business.
The setup is the part people forget to budget. Zoho One gives you the apps; someone still has to map your processes, move data in, connect the apps to each other and train each department. When we do that work, the scope is written into a BRD and our fee is fixed there before the build starts, separate from what you pay Zoho. Our guide to Zoho implementation cost shows what moves that number.
