Zoho CRM vs Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales for US sales teams
Dynamics lives inside the Microsoft world. Zoho CRM fits whatever mix of tools you already run.
If your sellers spend the day in Outlook and Teams and IT already runs Microsoft identities, Dynamics 365 Sales slots right in. If your stack is a mix, or the per-seat bill matters, Zoho CRM usually covers the same selling work for well under half the license cost. We implement Zoho, so read us with that in mind; we still point out where Microsoft is the better buy.

01The short answer
Which is better, Zoho CRM or Dynamics 365 Sales?
Neither wins everywhere. Dynamics is the stronger pick for large, Microsoft-standardized companies with IT staff to run it. Zoho CRM is the better value for small and mid-size US teams that want a guided sales process without a second platform to administer.

In USD per user per month, Zoho CRM runs $14 to $52 on yearly billing and Dynamics 365 Sales runs $65 to $150, paid yearly. Microsoft has no entry tier below Professional, so the rows pair editions by role, not by name.

04Three-year seat cost
What do the seats cost over three years?
Most CRM contracts outlive one budget cycle, so look at three years. Slide the seat count, pick a tier and choose how you would pay Zoho; Dynamics is paid yearly either way.

05When to choose which
Already a Microsoft shop?
That one question decides most of this. Companies that run on Outlook, Teams and Power BI get real value from Dynamics staying in the family. Companies with a mixed toolset usually get more from Zoho CRM per dollar. Pick the road that sounds like you.
- IT already manages Microsoft accountsOne sign-in, one admin center, one security review.
- Sellers work from Outlook and Teams all dayLogging an email or meeting to a record happens where they already are.
- Power BI and Power Automate are in useSales data joins reports and flows your company already trusts.
- Leans Dynamics 365 SalesPaying more per seat can be worth it here. If cost still hurts, a Zoho CRM with Outlook and Teams links is the fallback we would scope.
- Mail is Gmail, Outlook or bothDifferent teams picked different tools over the years.
- Chat, accounting and support come from other vendorsSlack here, QuickBooks there, a help desk somewhere else.
- No one on staff wants to run a platformA sales ops lead or office manager will own the CRM.
- Leans Zoho CRMIt connects to each of those, and Zoho One can replace several of them later under one login.
Somewhere in between? Plenty of US companies keep Microsoft 365 for mail and documents and run Zoho for the business apps. We cover that split on Zoho One vs Microsoft 365.
06Leaving Dynamics, or keeping Microsoft
Can you move from Dynamics 365 to Zoho CRM and keep Outlook?
Yes. Accounts, contacts, opportunities, quotes, notes and activity history map into Zoho CRM, and the business process flows still in use get rebuilt as Blueprint. Outlook and Teams stay where they are: Zoho CRM links to both, so reps keep their inbox.
Power Automate flows and Power Apps screens do not carry over as-is. We list each one, then rebuild, replace or retire it with you before the BRD is signed.

Zoho CRM vs Dynamics 365: common questions
Most of these come from IT leads and sales managers weighing a Microsoft renewal. Bring your Dynamics edition, seat count and Microsoft 365 plan to a call and we will answer with your numbers.
Is Zoho CRM cheaper than Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales?
Yes, at every tier we line up. Zoho CRM Professional lists at $23 per user a month on yearly billing, while Dynamics 365 Sales Professional lists at $65. For 25 users over three years that is $20,700 on Zoho and $58,500 on Dynamics at list price, before any Microsoft 365 plan.
How much does Dynamics 365 Sales cost in the US?
Microsoft lists Sales Professional at $65, Sales Enterprise at $105 and Sales Premium at $150 per user a month, all paid yearly. Microsoft Relationship Sales, which adds LinkedIn Sales Navigator, is quoted separately and needs at least 10 seats.
Does Zoho CRM work with Outlook and Microsoft Teams?
Yes. Zoho CRM has an Outlook add-in and a Microsoft Teams integration, and it syncs mail and calendar with Microsoft 365. Reps can log emails and look up records without leaving Outlook. Dynamics goes deeper because it shares the Microsoft sign-in and admin center.
When is Dynamics 365 Sales the better choice?
When your company is standardized on Microsoft: Outlook and Teams all day, Power BI for reporting, Power Automate for flows and an IT team that manages it all. Large enterprises with many business units and strict security reviews also tend to fit Dynamics well.
Do I need Microsoft 365 to use Dynamics 365 Sales?
The CRM seat is licensed on its own, and the Outlook and Teams features rely on those apps being in place. Most buyers already pay for a Microsoft 365 plan, so we count it separately when we compare costs.
How do Zia and Copilot compare?
Zia comes with Zoho CRM Enterprise and Ultimate and covers predictions, anomaly alerts, email help and summaries without a credit meter. Copilot is part of Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise and Premium, and agents run on Copilot Credits; Premium includes 1,000 per user a month and more can be bought.
Can you move our Dynamics 365 data to Zoho CRM?
Yes. We map accounts, contacts, opportunities, quotes, activities and notes into Zoho CRM, rebuild the business process flows still in use as Blueprint, and run a sample import you sign off. Dynamics stays read-only until your team confirms the move.
Can a small business run Dynamics 365 Sales?
It can, but the entry price is $65 per user a month, paid yearly, and setup usually needs a Microsoft partner. A small team that only needs pipelines and quotes often gets there on Zoho CRM Standard at $14 or Professional at $23.
How is Elite Tech Global paid for a Zoho CRM project?
Your first call costs nothing. After that, the setup or Dynamics move is one fixed price written into a signed BRD with the delivery schedule. A large Dynamics org can need a paid assessment first, and we quote that fee before it starts.
What is SI?
SI stands for super intelligence. In September 2026 a US executive order asked federal agencies to use “super intelligence” or “SI” in place of “artificial intelligence” in official communications. Most businesses still say AI, so we use both terms.
