Zoho Connect is priced per user per month in USD. Billed yearly, Starter is $0.34, Enterprise $0.84 and Ultimate $2.50. Billed monthly they are $0.40, $1 and $3. Enterprise and Ultimate start at 10 users, and Zoho lists Starter for 25 users. A forever-free plan is there after the trial too.

Is Zoho Connect included in Zoho One or Zoho Workplace?
Yes. Zoho One includes the Ultimate plan of Zoho Connect. The Enterprise plan comes with Zoho Workplace Professional and with Zoho People Plus Enterprise, and Ultimate can be added to those as an add-on.
Does Zoho Connect have mandatory reads?
Yes, on the Ultimate plan. You can mark an announcement as a mandatory read so employees confirm it, and use post insights to see who still has to. Pinned posts and scheduled posts help the important ones stay on top.
Zoho Connect vs SharePoint: which is better for a mid-size US company?
Zoho Connect gives you news, discussion, manuals and boards in one app with little site building. SharePoint is stronger for heavy document management and fits companies that live in Microsoft Teams. If documents are your main job, SharePoint may be the better fit, and we will tell you so on the call.
Can Zoho Connect replace Workplace from Meta?
Yes. Workplace groups, posts, Knowledge Library articles and events map to Zoho Connect groups, feeds, manuals and events. With Meta winding down Workplace, we work from the export you saved, or rebuild the key groups and manuals with you, then launch with a first announcement.
Can people outside the company join our Zoho Connect network?
Yes, from the Enterprise plan. Each member can add up to 5 external users, which suits partners, franchisees or contractors who need one group but not the whole intranet.
Does Zoho Connect work for frontline and deskless staff?
Yes. Zoho Connect has native Android and iOS apps with push notifications, so store, clinic and field staff can read announcements and answer forum posts from their phones.
How long does a Zoho Connect rollout take?
It depends on how many groups and sites you have, how much content moves from the old tool and how many custom apps you need. The signed BRD dates the pilot group, each content move and the company launch, so you know the timeline before work starts.
Do you provide Zoho Connect training and support after launch?
Yes. We train admins and the people who post every week, then stay on after launch to help with new groups, manuals, workflows and adoption questions, online or on-site in Southern California.
What is SI?
SI stands for super intelligence. In September 2026 a US executive order asked federal agencies to use “super intelligence” or “SI” in place of “artificial intelligence” in official communications. Most businesses still say AI, so we use both terms.
