What it actually costs to run on Zoho.
No "starting at" disclaimers. No "depends on scope" handwaves. This page breaks down every line item, Zoho license, ETG implementation, ongoing operating spend, for a typical U.S. solar installer. Then we put it next to a piecemeal stack and Salesforce + ServiceTitan, and you decide.
Pick a tier. We've shipped each one 300+ times.
Skip the six-week discovery call. Pick a package, tell us what else you need, and we ship it in 15, 30, or 60 days. Fixed price in USD, no hourly retainers.

Every line item. No mystery numbers.
Below is a real cost model for a typical U.S. installer running 80 deals/year, 12 sales reps, 4 designers/PMs, 2 ops/accounting. Three columns: our bundle, the piecemeal stack most solar companies actually run today, and a Salesforce + ServiceTitan equivalent.
Assumptions: 18 employees, Zoho CRM Enterprise + Books Premium + FSM + Desk + Sign included in the bundle. ETG implementation tier shown is "Solar LaunchPro." Salesforce column assumes Enterprise Edition + ServiceTitan Pro + standard SI partner rate. Sales tax service identical across all three.
Why our bundle is $58,000 cheaper.
It's not magic and it's not "we cut corners." Three categories of hidden cost simply disappear when one vendor delivers the whole stack.
Per-seat creep goes away
Salesforce Enterprise is $150/user/month. ServiceTitan adds another $135/tech. HubSpot Pro is $75. Each "just add another seat" is a $90-$150/month decision. On Zoho CRM Enterprise it's $40, and Zoho One ($37/user) bundles every other app in. Year 5 the gap is tens of thousands.
Integration consulting disappears
Multi-vendor stacks need integrators. Salesforce-to-ServiceTitan via Zapier breaks every quarter. Real solar companies pay $12K-$22K/year just to keep the pipes connected. With one Zoho data model, the pipes are already plumbed, your CRM, FSM, and Books share a customer record natively.
Customization billing flattens
Salesforce SI partners bill $200-$280/hour. Every "small change" runs $4K-$8K. Our implementation is fixed-price; post-launch tweaks under 4 hours are included for 90 days. Most customers don't open a retainer at all, the system is stable on day 22 and customizable in the admin UI by your own team.
One number drops. Three things get easier.
Cash flow becomes a single line
Six SaaS vendors mean six renewal dates, six invoices, six surprise auto-renewals at 3 AM on a Tuesday. One vendor means one renewal, annual, in USD, ACH, with a CSM who actually picks up the phone. Your bookkeeper's life gets noticeably better.
Procurement gets simpler
Approving one $42K annual contract is faster than approving six monthly recurrings. Legal review happens once. Security review happens once. SOC 2 documentation comes from one vendor. CFOs and COOs love this; we did not invent it for the deck.
ROI happens faster
Multi-vendor stacks take 4-9 months to fully wire up. You don't see the productivity gains until quarter three. Our bundle is live in 30 days for the LaunchPro tier. The 31% faster permit cycle our Phoenix customer reports? They had it inside 60 days of go-live, not 200.
Our four pricing commitments.
Fixed price. Fixed scope. Fixed date.
Your quote is in USD. The scope is written. The go-live date is contractual. If we miss the date, we eat 10% of the implementation fee. We've hit it on 96% of projects since 2022.
No hourly retainers required
70% of our customers don't take a post-launch retainer. The system is stable by week three and your own team can administer it. Optional retainers start at $1,800/mo for ongoing customization work, you opt in, not the default.
Partner discount on Zoho licenses
We pass through a 15-20% partner discount directly on your Zoho subscription invoice. Not "promotional pricing" that expires, a permanent discount applied via our partner code. You see it on the Zoho invoice itself.
Cancel any time after year one
Zoho subscriptions renew annually. Don't renew, you're out. No multi-year lock-in, no termination fees, no data hostage. We export your data on the way out if you ever leave, it happens rarely, but it happens.
