01Why Zoho Meeting
Zoho Meeting runs everyday video calls and one-to-many webinars on the same Zoho account as your CRM and email, from $1 per host a month billed yearly.
Zoho Meeting is part of Zoho One and Zoho Workplace, so many teams already own it. Booking pages from Zoho Bookings can attach a Meeting link to every appointment.
02One webinar, start to finish
Five stages of a sample product webinar for a mid-size US software reseller. Scroll and the webinar card slides one stage to the right, picking up a detail each time.
SampleFollow-up
Q4 product briefing
Webinar · Thursday 11 am Pacific · 250 seats
Stage 1Invite
Marketing creates the webinar, adds presenters and co-organizers, and emails three CRM segments through Zoho Campaigns.
Stage 2Register
The registration form is embedded on your own website. Each sign-up carries a source tag and becomes a Zoho CRM lead or matches an existing contact.
Stage 3Remind
Zoho Meeting emails the joining link a day and an hour before. Reps see in CRM which accounts signed up and nudge the rest.
Stage 4Live
Attendees join from the browser or by phone. The host shares slides, runs polls, takes Q&A and raised hands, and the session records to the cloud.
Stage 5Follow-up
No-shows get the replay, attendees get a survey, and attendance sits on each CRM record, so Monday’s calls start informed.
Sample webinar and numbers. Which fields reach Zoho CRM, and whether registrants become leads or contacts, is decided with you in the BRD.

05Zoho Meeting vs Zoom
Zoom is the link most people recognize and has the bigger ecosystem. Zoho Meeting wins when the rest of your business already runs on Zoho and webinar sign-ups should become CRM records without a connector. Rate what matters to you and see where your answers lean.
Where another tool fits better: if your whole company lives in Microsoft Teams or Google Meet and nobody runs webinars, adding Zoho Meeting buys you little. We’ll say that before anything is scoped.
06Zoho Meeting setup
A Zoho Meeting implementation has up to five parts; calls-only teams often need just the first two.
Licences for the right people, departments, and co-host rules so a call never stalls.
Scheduling from Zoho Calendar or Mail, default reminders and dial-in numbers.
Your logo on sessions and emails, and registration forms embedded on your website.
Registrants mapped to leads or contacts, with Zoho Flow or Deluge for the gaps.
Hosts rehearse a dry-run webinar with us, online or on-site in Southern California.
Coming off Zoom or GoTo? We rebuild your recurring meetings, webinar templates and registration questions in Zoho Meeting, and archive old recordings to Zoho WorkDrive if you want them kept.
07Zoho Meeting integrations
The Zoho Meeting integration most teams want is Zoho CRM, so registrations and attendance land on customer records. Hover or tap a tile to see what each one passes along.
08Project shapes
Most Zoho Meeting work is small and fast to scope, unless webinars feed your sales pipeline. Whichever shape fits, the price is fixed in writing first.

09How a Zoho Meeting project starts
Four short steps put your session types, room sizes and CRM rules on paper with a fixed price. The discovery call costs nothing; a webinar program tied into a large CRM may need a paid scoping phase, quoted before it starts.
Zoho Meeting projects run online for teams across the US, Canada and Latin America; host training can happen in person around Los Angeles.

10Zoho Meeting FAQ
Short answers on Zoho Meeting pricing, webinars, Zoom and the CRM link. Anything else, bring it to a discovery call.
Zoho Meeting is Zoho’s video meeting and webinar software. The Meeting edition covers calls where everyone talks, with screen sharing, recording, polls and dial-in. The Webinar edition covers one-to-many sessions with registration, Q&A and replays. It runs in the browser and connects to Zoho CRM, Campaigns and Calendar.
Billed yearly, Meeting Standard is $1 to $10 per host a month and Meeting Professional $3 to $15, for rooms of 10 to 250. Webinar plans are per organizer: Standard $8 to $74, Professional $16 to $300 and Enterprise $66 to $458 a month. Free plans cover 60-minute sessions. Our setup is a separate fixed price in a signed BRD.
In a meeting everyone can speak, for up to 250 participants. In a webinar presenters speak while attendees watch, ask questions and answer polls, with registration and analytics, for up to 5,000 attendees. Many teams buy meeting licences for everyone and one or two webinar licences for marketing.
Zoom is more familiar to outside guests and has a larger app ecosystem. Zoho Meeting fits better when you already run Zoho One, Workplace or Zoho CRM, because registrants and attendance land on CRM records and users sit in one Zoho account.
No. Attendees join from a modern browser on a computer or phone, and anyone with a weak connection can dial in by phone instead.
Yes. We set it up so webinar registrants become leads or match existing contacts, with attendance saved on the record. Anything the standard sync leaves out, such as poll answers in custom fields, we add with Zoho Flow or Deluge.
Yes. Paid plans record to the cloud, 5 GB per host on meeting plans and 10 GB per organizer on webinar plans. Meeting Professional adds recording transcripts and AI / SI keynotes that pull out the main points.
Yes. Zoho Meeting is one of the apps in Zoho One and part of the Zoho Workplace suite, so we check what you already pay for before anyone buys separate licences.
Yes. We recreate recurring meetings, webinar templates and registration questions in Zoho Meeting, set up hosts, and archive old recordings to Zoho WorkDrive if you want them kept.
SI stands for super intelligence. In September 2026 a US executive order asked federal agencies to use “super intelligence” or “SI” in place of “artificial intelligence” in official communications. Most businesses still say AI, so we use both terms.
