Hire an AWS expert · AWS Partner · Los Angeles
Hire an AWS cloud expert for your US team
The bill climbs, the person who built the account has moved on, and nobody wants to touch the server that runs everything.
Elite Tech Global, based in Glendale near Los Angeles, holds both AWS Partner and Zoho Advanced Partner status. We place an AWS expert on your account for hosting, data, integrations or a cost review, backed by our wider team, and they start 2 to 3 working days after the contract is signed.
01Who hires one
Who hires an AWS cloud expert?
US companies that run something important on AWS, or want to, without a cloud engineer on staff. The trigger is usually one of these four.
A full-time cloud hire is a big step for a firm whose AWS account changes a few times a month. An expert on a plan covers the work that is there, and you can add people when a bigger build comes along.
- BillingThe AWS bill went up again and nobody can say which service caused it.Starts with a cost review
- OwnershipThe contractor who built the account left, and the root login sits in an old inbox.Starts with an access and security pass
- HostingOur customer portal runs on one server we are scared to restart.Starts with an app hosting plan
- DataSales lives in Zoho CRM, orders live in our app on AWS, and finance stitches the two by hand.Starts with a Zoho to AWS link
02The work itself
What does an AWS expert handle for you?
Six kinds of cloud work, from moving off old servers to wiring AWS into Zoho. Each service chip opens our page on that AWS service.
Zone 1
Moving workloads onto AWS
Servers, databases and file shares move in planned waves, each with a rollback point, so a bad night never becomes a bad week.
Hands back: a wave plan and a tested cutover
Zone 2
Hosting apps and containers
Web apps and portals on ECS or EC2, served through CloudFront, with deploys your developers can repeat without calling anyone.
Hands back: a deploy your team can run
Zone 3
Serverless jobs and APIs
Small functions for the jobs a server should not sit idle for: webhooks, file processing, nightly syncs and public APIs.
Hands back: functions with alarms attached
Zone 4
Data stores and data lakes
The right home for each kind of data: relational tables in RDS, fast lookups in DynamoDB, raw files and history in an S3 data lake.
Hands back: a data map with owners per table
Zone 5
Access, security basics and monitoring
Named IAM roles instead of shared logins, multi-factor sign-in, and CloudWatch alarms that reach a person before your customers notice.
Hands back: an access list you can read
Zone 6
Zoho and AWS working together
Deals, invoices and customer records flowing between Zoho CRM or Zoho Books and the apps you run on AWS, with retries when a call fails.
Hands back: one record of truth per field
Planning a move? Our AWS migration checklist walks through what to settle before the first wave, and the guide to Zoho and AWS integration covers when a CRM needs the cloud at all.
03An honest tug-of-war
Should you hire a freelance AWS engineer or an expert through a partner?
It depends on the shape of the work. A freelancer suits a narrow job you can manage yourself; a partner suits work that spans several services or needs cover. Tap every line that matches your situation.
04Try it · two choices
Which AWS services and plan does your workload need?
Pick the workload and how steady the work is. You will see the AWS services an expert would start from, their first job, and the engagement model that usually fits.
App hosting · one job, then done
Hosting an app on AWS
First jobMap what runs where today, then draw the target: containers on ECS behind CloudFront, a managed RDS database and alarms in CloudWatch.
Engagement model
Per-project
A hosting move has a clear finish line, so it is scoped once and built to that scope.
A per-project build is quoted once as a fixed fee and locked in a signed BRD before anyone touches your account.
05Choose by rhythm
Which engagement model suits AWS work?
Pick by how often you need cloud help, from a few hours now and then to people on your account most days. Clients often start on one model and move to another once the first build ships.
Now and then
On-demand hours
You book an AWS expert for a quarterly access review, a scaling question or a busy launch week, and pay for the hours used.

Per-project

06The price
What does it cost to bring in an AWS expert?
Hire plans begin at $300* per month if a single Zoho product is in scope. AWS work gets sized to your account and quoted in the proposal, while a one-off build is priced once, as a fixed sum you approve in the BRD.
- Your AWS billAmazon bills your own account at its own prices. Our plan never sits on top of your AWS invoice.
- Written in the proposalThe hours on your plan, which roles take part and how quickly we respond, all specific to your account.
- TermsMonth to month, or longer if you prefer. Growing, shrinking or ending the plan is covered in your contract.

07The most common first job
How does an AWS cost review work?
In five passes, in this order. Commitments come last on purpose: buying Savings Plans before cleaning up locks in the waste.
- 1
Read the bills
Cost Explorer shows which services, accounts and regions drive the spend across the last few months.
- 2
Give every cost an owner
Tags by app, team and environment, so the next bill can be read by people who never log in to AWS.
- 3
Clean up and right-size
Idle instances, unattached volumes, forgotten snapshots, oversized databases and S3 data sitting in the wrong storage class.
- 4
Commit where usage is steady
Only then, Savings Plans or reserved capacity for the baseline that does not move, sized from the cleaned-up numbers.
- 5
Keep it from drifting
AWS Budgets and CloudWatch alarms tell a named person when spend changes, and the retainer checks in each month.
08From request to handover
What happens after you hire an AWS expert?
Five stops: your request, the proposal and contract, the architecture, the build and the handover. Expect your expert at work 2 to 3 working days from the signature. Scroll and the route moves one stop at a time, collecting what you will own.
Stop 1Free · 30-minute call
Tell us what runs on AWS and what worries you
Bring the bill, a rough list of what runs where, and the one thing you would fix first. You leave knowing whether a project, a plan or a few hours fits.
Stop 2By email, then signed
A written proposal, then the contract
The proposal names the model, the roles, the hours each month and our response times. The contract runs month to month or longer and spells out scaling and stopping.
Stop 3Within 2 to 3 working days
Your expert reads the account and draws the target
Access comes through an IAM role you create, never the root login. The expert maps what exists, then agrees a target architecture with you before changing anything.
Stop 4Staging first
Built as code, tested, then switched over
Infrastructure is written as code in your own repository, tried in a staging copy, and moved to production in a window you pick.
Stop 5Yours to keep
A handover your team can run with
Diagrams, a runbook and a walkthrough with your people. Temporary access is removed, and you choose a retainer for upkeep or stop there.

10Straight answers
AWS expert hiring questions, answered
Cost, access, who pays Amazon and what you keep at the end. Anything missing here is fair game on the call itself.
How much does it cost to hire an AWS expert through Elite Tech Global?
Our hire plans have a starting point of $300 per month for one Zoho product. AWS work, on its own or together with Zoho, is sized to your account and quoted in the proposal we email you, and a one-off build is a single fixed fee recorded in a signed BRD. Your AWS usage is billed by Amazon directly.
How quickly can an AWS expert start on our account?
2 to 3 working days after the contract is signed. The first days go on read-only access, a written map of the account and a short list of quick safety fixes for you to approve.
Do you need our AWS root login?
No. You create an IAM role for your expert with the permissions the work needs, starting read-only. We review that access with you during the project and remove anything temporary at handover.
Is Elite Tech Global an AWS Partner?
Yes. Elite Tech Global is an AWS Partner and also a certified Zoho Advanced Partner, which is why AWS work that touches Zoho CRM or Zoho Books can stay with one team.
Who pays for the AWS services we use?
You do, straight to Amazon, through your own AWS account at Amazon’s prices. Our plan or project fee is separate and never added to your AWS invoice.
Can an AWS expert connect Zoho CRM or Zoho Books to apps we run on AWS?
Yes. The expert agrees which system owns each field, then builds the link with API Gateway and Lambda, adding a queue so a failed call is retried instead of lost.
What hours does an AWS expert cover?
Our team works across US Pacific and CET hours. The exact hours on your plan and our response times are written into your proposal.
Will we own the setup if we stop working with you?
Yes. Infrastructure code lives in your repository, the account stays in your name, and the runbook and diagrams are yours. Terms run month to month or longer, and each contract explains how to stop.
11Your expert’s first weeks
What does your AWS expert do first?
Four moves, always in this order, before any large change reaches production.
Your expert works remotely with US, Canadian and Latin American clients. If you are near Los Angeles, the architecture session can happen at our Glendale office.
