How much does it cost to hire a Zoho expert for a real estate brokerage?
From $300 a month when the plan covers one Zoho product, which for most brokerages is Zoho CRM. Bring in Books, Sign or Desk, or a bigger scope, and we quote the plan. Zoho bills its licenses separately.
Can leads from Zillow, Realtor.com or our website go straight into Zoho CRM?
Usually, yes. Website forms connect directly; portal inquiries tend to arrive by email or a lead feed that your expert routes into Zoho CRM with the source kept. The route depends on your portal account, so we check it on the call.
Does a Zoho expert replace our MLS?
No. Listing input stays in your MLS. The expert builds what surrounds it in Zoho: lead records, showing and offer stages, escrow tasks, signed documents and commission payouts.
Can a Zoho expert set up commission splits and caps?
Yes. Splits, caps, team shares and referral fees sit on each agent’s profile, and Zoho Books builds the payout from that plan. Plan changes are tried on a sample closing first.
We manage properties rather than sell them. Is this still for us?
Yes. For property managers the work is mostly Zoho Desk for maintenance, Zoho Billing for rent and Zoho Creator for tenant or owner portals.
How fast can a real estate Zoho expert start?
Two to three working days after the contract is signed. Those first days go on access, a sandbox and a ranked backlog, so agents never lose their CRM mid-deal.
Can we start with one Zoho app and add more later?
Yes. Many offices begin with Zoho CRM on a retainer and bring in Books, Sign or Campaigns once the pipeline settles. The contract explains how to grow the plan.
